• Creative Expression: Through arts, music, and storytelling, kids have the chance to express their feelings and discover new ways to stay calm and focused.
• Mindful Moments: We incorporate easy-to-learn mindfulness exercises and relaxation techniques into our routines, helping kids feel more relaxed while they learn by practice.
• Teamwork and Support: Camp Serenity is all about building a supportive community where everyone feels included and valued. Kids make new friends and learn the power of working together to overcome challenges.
