Our Empowered Kids & Families Coaching Program spans over 4 weeks focusing on acquiring social emotional skills, enhancing positive thinking, building self-acceptance and motivation and fostering positive family communication. The secret ingredient to our Small Group Coaching program is the involvement of the family. Parents attend with their child on weeks 1 & 4, which increases family connections and ensures everyone is on the same page. Children are also given the opportunity to practice and apply the skills learned in real time with their peers in this small group setting.
